Yup...I just finished a 16 hour workshop that covered over 40 poses and taught the basics and then some of beginning a yoga practice and teaching. I did this with YogaFit over the last weekend and look forward to taking more teacher trainings with them. Part of the requirement before I begin teaching is to do 8hrs of community service, teaching to a group that would likely not have been exposed to yoga before.
