Just the day before 9/11 I was at our beach house on Hood Canal in Washington. About 8 PM or so I saw a fireball in the sky to the east. Then a few minutes later another fireball in the east. This puzzled me as I had no idea what it meant. The next day 9-11 I saw those same fire balls on the world trade center buildings.
That this was a spiritual even i am sure. It changed our world as we knew it. America could be hurt, damaged, but not beaten.
The messages the fallen sent out were not ones of…

My blessing to see fairies
My blessing to see Fairies in a good way.
Some Medicine men and women call Fairy folk, the little people. No matter what we call them, Natures Angles are real and in our world. Why not embrace the magic of the Fey? This morning I saw a Blue Fairy light under my bed, glowing softly in the morning light. This evening I found an light Orange one on my knee. LOL Just so you know I have never taken any hallucinogenic drugs or herbs etc. I am so pure I could have been a Mo…

We Live in a Magical World
By, Walks With Thunder
As we walk though life we filter out so much of it. It is theorized that our eyes take in 80,000 pieces of information and sift that down to 20,000 useable pieces of information. I suppose it’s like the sense of smell, if a fragrance is there long enough we don’t notice it anymore. We are used to not seeing the magical and wonderful in our lives that we don’t actually notice when it’s right in front of us. When we do notice we just explain it…

If you give an Apprentice some Fairy dust…
Here I am at 49 just getting back to where I began as a child, seeing and believing in Fairies. Yes I am a confident man, in myself and my abilities. Why then should I want or even care that Fairies are real and in our world. Hope, is a good reason, that they are here gives me hope that humans have a chance to live in a world of peace and happiness.
I do have the sight that allows me to see supernatural beings. Most folks do they just reason away…

What You Give Your Power To
Lions and Tigers and Bears- Oh my! What do we give our power to? It’s a choice we make all the time. Some give their voices to another, others allow themselves to be controlled or manipulated by a partner or spouse. Have you caught yourself saying “He won’t let me…” (or) “She’s so controlling…” (or) “I am so stressed” (or) “I just never have enough time…” If so, be careful what you power since what we believe powers everything in our lives.
Karma is a good example.…

Spiritual Housekeeping
The life I lead can be magical to some. While I do some routine chores (like answering email, paying bills, folding laundry?), the “spiritual housecleaning” parts of my life may seem more enchanted to some- interpreting dreams, clearing negative energy, shielding, grounding… Yes, you could say I am enchanted by my life.
In the process of responding to apprentice’s dream-walking “homework,” I saw to my left bobbing and dancing sparkles of gold and silver. As they move…

Freedom, Liberty and Justice: A Basic Native American Right
Yes, I know that is in the American Constitution too. Have you ever seen those shirts and posters that say “Fighting Terrorism since 1492” and then there is a picture of Sitting Bull in his war paint? It’s a statement from a people who hold negative feelings. It was not that long ago that African Americans and Indians had to use the back door not the front, that we could not walk as equals in America because our skin was not pink. Ou…

I have been moving along in my process of healing my heart. Thursday I had a vision after talking with my pal PMH Atwater, she is the worlds leading researcher on the Near Death experience. I embraced the emptiness I was feeling, let go of the despair and other feelings to find myself in my bedroom. Alone, and letting the reality of everything melt away till it was an empty room. Just my conscience thought there, then even the room melted away leaving only grayness and my awareness of nothingnes…

"If the Great Spirit wanted men to stay in one place He would make the world stand still; but He made it to always change..."
--Chief Flying Hawk, OGLALA SIOUX
The Elders tell us change occurs in two directions. They say, "That which is built is constantly being destroyed; that which is loose is being used to build the new." In other words, change is constantly going on. Many times we hear people say, "I hate change." Does it make sense that the Great Spirit would design people to hate it? The G…

Jan Feb 2009
Some say a new year is a new beginning. I know that on my spiritual path there are many beginnings and endings that have nothing to do with the calendar. A couple years ago in January (my personal power month), I began seeing Fairies. Last January, I began seeing Angels and Michael himself gave me messages. This year… who knows what January will bring! As with each of you, I am a work in progress. I love that! My path always has something new… and that means I am still learning all…

Meditation of the Day - September 28
"Love is something that you can leave behind you when you die. It's that
powerful."
--John (Fire) Lame Deer, ROSEBUD LAKOTA
The Old Ones say, love is all anyone needs. Love doesn't go away nor can
love be divided. Once you commit an act of love, you'll find it continues.
Love is like setting up dominos one behind the other. Once you hit the first
domino, it will touch the second one which will touch the third one and so
on. Every love act or love thought has…

Spring time traditionally it’s a time of rebirth, growth. A sign from nature that the cycle of life begins again. Last year I began my apprentice program. My first apprentice Susan, Thunder Angel, has come so far from where she began. Talk about growth, in my time with her she has shown me how much a person who is motivated can do.
I met Susan last year in a magical place called Llynyas in Freeland WA. At our first meeting she said, I know you’re my new teacher. At that time I was resisting havi…

Protecting our Freedom
"I think that's fine to have a little peace rally. As long as you know that your right to have one is paid for with the courage, sweat, blood and lives of our American service men and women." I had no idea I felt so strongly about that and I'm guessing my poor guest was a bit shocked too as I normally don't verbally smack guests around. Felt right to me though when my guest spoke of rallying to protest the war in Iraq while terrorists have come right into our own backyard…

Cooking Up Co-Operation
My world is filled with Psychic Fairs, Expos, and scheduling individual appointments. My work as a Non-Traditional Shaman is spiritual work; however, there is a necessary business side to that in order to live. I was doing a fair a bit west of Seattle. Even though I hesitated for 4 months before I actually participated. I started this doing this fair in 2007 (Guess I just wasn’t listening to my inner voice very well…) However, there was something about this fair that wasn…

Father's Day Owner's Manual
Wouldn't it be great to get a "How To" manual on Fatherhood when you pick up the baby from the hospital? Kind of like buying a car... My son and I have been together for 21 years. He's my constant companion who has lasted through two divorces and countless relationships. If you asked me what my greatest accomplishment is, I would say "My son." He has grown up to be a good friend as well as a great person with an agile mind and quick wit. His words of wisdom sound v…

Mothers Are a Gift
It’s true- Mothers are a gift. Now your Mom might be the kind of gift like mine was- one you’d return if you got the chance… But did I learn from her? You bet. Some Mothers are truly “gifted”. Chérie Carter-Scott articulates what gifted Mothers know:
• Truth #1: Having a child changes your life.
• Truth #2: Motherhood is an experience unlike any other.
• Truth #3: A Mother has many roles.
• Truth #4: Children blossom when you honor their essence.
• Truth #5: Love shows up in…

Vision
In my work I see many spirits. It’s a common thing for my students to talk about seeing Fairies, Angels and Grand Father or Grand Mother spirits. Many people who haven’t yet seen a spirit want to experience this first hand and ask how can I see spirits. I tell them its easy and they roll their eyes at me thinking, its easy for you. I roll my eyes back and say it is easy for you too. The ability to see spiritual energy can be a gift, an ability, or even a learned skill. The following is h…
